We offer support in career exploration, informational interviews, internships, interview preparation, job search strategy, mock interviews, networking, personal branding, offer negotiation, practicum applications, resume/cover letter writing, and other career concerns.

Appointments before 9am and after 5pm are available upon request.

Janee LeFrere

Janee works with on-campus graduate students, military/veteran populations, and JD/MA students within SIS.

She specializes in supporting students who are interested in positions within the public sector, intelligence community, and government contracting. Janee’s areas of expertise include career exploration, interview preparation, job search tactics, and resume building techniques.

Shaine Melnick

Shaine works with online students and career changers in SIS.

She specializes in helping students find their calling in international affairs and developing their personal brand. Her areas of expertise include understanding personal preferences and their impact on career decisions, personal branding, leveraging LinkedIn, and networking.
